To: CNY Solidarity members and supporters:

Today (Feb 25)
Please contact John Katko today to ask that he sign onto the congressional resolution opposing the President’s Emergency Powers action, that is likely to go to the House for a vote tomorrow (Tuesday). No emergency exists, and nothing about this has been discussed at Homeland Security Committee, of which Mr. Katko is a member.
Katko’s phone numbers: 315-423-5657 (Syracuse), 315-2253-4068 (Auburn), or 202-225-3701 (DC).
