ACR Health is a not-for-profit, community-based organization providing a range of support services to individuals with chronic diseases, including HIV/AIDS, diabetes, heart disease, obesity, asthma, substance use disorders, and serious mental illnesses, with the goal of positive health outcomes.
ACR Health provides a wide variety of targeted prevention and sexual health services to individuals, from youth through adulthood, as well as to community groups and organizations, with the goal of informed and responsible decision making.

Barnabas Center provides street outreach and case management services to homeless and high-risk youth, ensuring that emergency shelter, long term housing and other basic needs remain as the primary focus. Barnabas Center provides a safe environment where youth are encouraged to develop their own sense of empowerment and are given an opportunity to learn and perfect the skills necessary to transition from childhood to young adult. As part of this focus, youth are encouraged to continually build and refine their strength-based assets, gaining the poise and perspective necessary to achieve positive outcomes associated with their personal life goals.
